Marriage Is God’s Idea

We believe that marriage is a great gift from God. He created one man and one woman in His image, that they would become one flesh (Gen 1:26;2:22-24). Through marriage, we can show love to our spouse as demonstrated by Jesus Christ in Ephesians 5. Because marriage is God’s idea, it should be honored and regarded with respect and love.

Marriage Is Good

We believe that marriage is good because God has ordained it. “Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate” (Mat 19:6). It is not intended to be unlovely and especially not boring! We seek to help couples find this truth in their marriages, whether they have been together for many years or are just beginning this new adventure together!

In your relationship with your spouse, we want you to pursue what is good and bring glory to God for what He has done in your lives.

Jesus Is The Perfect Model For Marriage

We believe that Jesus is the perfect model of love. Marriage is a beautiful image of how Christ loves His bride, the church, and how His church loves Christ. God demonstrates His love for us through this example presented in Ephesians 5:22-33. This is the perfect model for marriage. Marriage is God’s idea. He intends it to be purposeful and fulfilling for couples.

Through our ministry, A Beautiful Adventure Marriage, we want to encourage couples to love God and love one another. We believe that one without the other is not possible.
